These Terms govern your use of Method's websites, dashboard, and hosted services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Method for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for it. “Method,” “we,” and “us” mean Zenobia Pay, Inc., which operates Method at withmethod.ai. Contact us at [email protected].

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Members of a shared organization may have access to that organization's workflows and records.

2. Your content and permissions

You keep your rights in the files, prompts, workflows, and other content you provide. You give Method permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide, maintain, and secure the Service, evaluate and improve its features, and carry out your requests. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and to use connected accounts, files, and tools.

To the extent Method has rights in output generated for you, Method assigns those rights to you, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI output may be similar to output generated for other users. Third-party models, tools, and open-source software may have their own terms and licenses.

3. Workflows, AI output, and your review

AI output and automated checks can be incomplete, incorrect, or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are suitable before you rely on them, share them, or take action. Method is not a substitute for professional judgment, including medical, legal, or financial judgment.

Review the permissions and effects of a workflow before running it. A workflow may read or change files, contact external services, or perform other actions through your tools. Running on your machine does not mean all data stays there: enabled sync, model calls, and connected services can transmit data. Do not provide regulated or highly sensitive information unless your use and the relevant service agreements permit it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, or evade access controls or usage limits. Do not upload data you are not authorized to share. Security research must avoid accessing others' data or disrupting their use; report issues to [email protected].

5. Third-party services and paid features

Third-party sign-in, AI models, hosting, and tools have separate terms and availability. You are responsible for charges from services you connect directly. Any paid Method plan, cloud pilot, or other paid engagement will have its price and payment terms disclosed before you agree to it. A separate signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

6. Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features. We may suspend access to address a security issue, unlawful use, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You can stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by contacting us. Keep copies of work you need.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or that a workflow will achieve a particular result.

To the extent permitted by law, Method is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Zenobia Pay, Inc. and its affiliates arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) US $100 or (b) the fees you paid to Method for the Service during the 12 months immediately before the first event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies across all related claims, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or another legal theory.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. A separate signed agreement may provide different limits.

8. Privacy, updates, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these Terms and will change the effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service or account contact information. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the Service. Contact [email protected] with questions or concerns.
